TyreGo

Terms of Service

Last updated 20 July 2026 · TyreGo is operated by GAJO Creative Ltd (United Kingdom)

The short version: TyreGo is a marketplace. Fitters are independent businesses, not our employees. The price you accept is the price you pay, payment is held until the job is done, and cancelling after a fitter is on their way incurs a call-out charge.

The service

TyreGo connects drivers needing tyre help with independent, vetted mobile tyre fitters. The fitting contract is between you and the fitter; TyreGo provides the platform, matching, messaging and payment handling. Fitters set their own prices; the total shown to drivers includes TyreGo's service margin.

Payments

When you accept a quote your payment is authorised and held; it is captured only when the job is completed. Fitters are paid out per completed job. All prices are in GBP.

Cancellations & no-shows

Drivers may cancel free of charge until the fitter is en route. Once a fitter is on their way, cancellation incurs a call-out charge of £25 to compensate the fitter's time and travel. If a fitter fails to arrive or becomes unresponsive, cancel free of charge — no call-out fee applies and any hold is released.

Safety

Motorway and hard-shoulder breakdowns are dispatched like any other SOS. We ask fitters attending motorway work to hold REACT roadside-safety training. While waiting, follow National Highways guidance: get behind a barrier and away from live traffic where possible, and follow your fitter's safety instructions during the job.

Fitters

Fitters must hold valid public liability insurance and keep vetting details accurate; accounts with expired insurance are suspended. TyreGo takes no commission from a fitter's quoted price; card payments are processed by Stripe, whose standard card-processing fee is deducted from the payment and retained by Stripe, not TyreGo. Fitters are independent contractors and are responsible for the quality of their work; TyreGo may remove fitters from the platform for poor conduct or quality.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. TyreGo's liability in connection with the platform is limited to the amounts paid through it for the job concerned. The platform is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee fitter availability at any time or place.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. Using TyreGo after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
